健康素养是指个体具有获取、理解和处理基本的健康信息和服务,并运用这些信息和服务做出正确判断和决定,维持和促进健康的能力。它不仅是居民健康素质的重要组成部分,而且是一个社会文明进步的重要标志,在提高公民自我保健意识和自我保健能力、改善人口健康状况等方面具有不可替代的作用。为了解四川省泸州市合江县居民的健康素养状况,为采取干预措施提供参考依据,于2010年3-5月对泸州市合江县随机抽取的15～69岁常住居民共682人进行问卷调查。结果报告如下。 Health literacy refers to the ability of individuals to acquire, understand and process basic health information and services and use them to make sound judgments and decisions to maintain and promote health. It is not only an important component of the health quality of residents, but also an important symbol of the progress of social civilization. It plays an irreplaceable role in raising citizens’ self-care awareness and self-care ability and improving the population health status. To understand the health literacy status of residents in Hejiang County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, and to provide a reference for the intervention measures, a total of 682 permanent residents aged 15-69 years from random sampling in Hejiang County, Luzhou City from March to May 2010 were surveyed survey. The results are reported below.
