During the rapid development of the powder metallurgy industry over the past 30 years, reduced iron powder, copper-based powders and refractory metal powders have dominated raw materials. The emphasis is on the mass production of the economy instead of performance. The concept of new materials has led to demands for new powders and improvements to existing powders, including improved performance and reliable workmanship, namely spray powders. The evaluation of modern spray technologies and parameters is based on their economics and on the degree of powder properties, chemical properties, ultimate structural control, reliability of performance, and alloy and processing flexibility, .
