基于多孔框架及贵金属纳米材料高灵敏生物传感器的设计与应用研究

基于抗体或核酸适配体作为识别元件的生物传感器,可将样品中目标物与识别元件之间发生特异性识别反应产生的生物信号转换成与浓度相关的电信号或光信号,具有特异性强、所需仪器简单、操作方便和分析快速等优良特点,目前已广泛应用于临床诊断、环境分析等多个领域,可对疾病标记物、有毒有害物质以及生物分子进行分析检测.尽管此类与疾病标记物及毒品毒素相关的生物传感器可以实现特异性检测,但目前仍存在信号放大方式单一的问题,灵敏度仍然有待提高.项目针对应用于实际复杂体系检测的生物传感器面临的制备繁琐、酶标记物易失活、灵敏度及选择性低等问题,通过设计合成比表面积大、电子传导率高的贵金属纳米材料及多孔有机骨架材料,构建生物传感器并用于疾病标记物及毒品毒素的检测.项目获得国家授权发明专利3件(ZL 201310610348.8、ZL 201410262215.0、ZL 201710925314.6);发表多篇论文,其中SCI收录34篇(SCI一区论文4篇),Analytical Chemistry、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等IF>5.0的期刊发表多篇.
