巴戟天(Morinda officinalis)系茜草科巴戟属多年生藤本植物,是我国传统名贵药材。药用其根,具补肾阳、强筋骨、祛风湿等多种功效,《本草纲目》列为上品药。近来还发现有抗白血病的效果,属紧缺中草药之一。 植物组织培养技术的发展为使用组织培养方法生产贵重药物提供了可能性,但巴戟天根的组织培养,尚未见报道。为探索工业化生产巴戟天药用原料和有用成分的可能性提供依据,本文报道了巴戟天根愈伤组织的诱导、继代培养及其与原植物巴戟天限化学成分对比分析的实验结果。
Morinda (Morinda officinalis) Department of Rubiaceae is a perennial vine, is China’s traditional luxury medicines. Medicinal roots, with kidney yang, strong bones, rheumatism and other effects, “Compendium of Materia Medica” as a top grade medicine. Recently also found that the effect of anti-leukemia, is a shortage of Chinese herbal medicine. The development of plant tissue culture technology has provided the possibility of using tissue culture to produce valuable drugs. However, the tissue culture of Morinda officinalis has not been reported yet. In order to explore the possibility of industrial production of medicinal materials and useful components of Morinda officinalis, the paper reports the induction, subculture and the comparison of the chemical constituents of Morinda officinalis with Morinda officinalis result.
