我市是县级市,市属乡镇医院22处,1998年乡镇医院业务收入3476.45万元,药品收入1858.29万元,药品收入占业务收入的53.45％。由于当前医院补偿机制的原因,医院的资金来源主要来自于业务收入,业务收入占最大比重的又是药品收入,因此,作为乡、镇医院必须加强对药品的管理。
The city is a county-level city, and the city belongs to 22 township and village hospitals. In 1998, the revenue of township and village hospitals was 3,476,500 yuan, the income from medicines was 18,589,900 yuan, and the medicine income accounted for 53.45% of the business income. Due to the current hospital compensation mechanism, the hospital’s source of funding is mainly from the business income. The business revenue accounted for the largest proportion of the income, and therefore, as the township and township hospitals must strengthen the management of drugs.
