用三维晶体取向分布函数(CODF)分析法,和透射电镜(TEM)、高温X射线衍射(HTXRD)等手段研究了冷轧Ti板材α→β→α循环相变时组织与织构取向的形成及变化规律。结果表明,经1次α→β→α相变后,原冷轧和再结晶织构组分被强烈抑制,形成了(2110)[0111]等相变织构,经多次α→β→α相变后,组织与相变织构基本不变,而且出现部分(2115)冷轧织构组分的复原。对高温β相取向进行了测算,并结合取向变量选择进行分析。
The formation and microstructure of the cold-rolled Ti sheet were investigated by means of three-dimensional crystal orientation distribution function (CODF) analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high temperature X-ray diffraction (HTXRD) And changes in the law. The results show that the primary cold-rolled and recrystallized textures are strongly suppressed after the first α → β → α phase transformation, and the (2110) [0111] After α transformation, the microstructure and phase change texture are almost the same, and some (2115) cold rolling texture components are recovered. The β phase orientation at high temperature was calculated and analyzed with the selection of orientation variables.
