党员是党的肌体细胞,党员队伍是党重要的基础性执政资源。近年来,随着党员发展力度的加大,党员队伍规模不断扩大,党员队伍结构也正发生着变化,学术界越来越关注对党员队伍结构优化的研究。高校作为知识分子群体集聚的重要领域,做好该领域党员队伍建设对于巩固和加强党的建设具有重要意义。本文通过梳理当前高校党员队伍建设研究成果,提出进一步优化高校党员队伍建设应加强的研究方向。 Party members are the party’s body cells, and the party members are the important basic governing resources of the party. In recent years, with the intensification of the development of party members, the contingent of party members has continuously expanded, and the ranks of party members are also undergoing changes. The academic community is increasingly paying attention to the study of the optimization of the ranks of party members. Colleges and universities, as an important area for the gathering of intellectuals, should have a great significance in consolidating and strengthening the party building in order to do a good job in building a contingent of party members in this field. By combing the research results of the current ranks of party members in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the research directions that should be further strengthened in building the ranks of party members in colleges and universities.
