目的:近年来,消化道肿瘤手术期腹腔热灌注化疗,防治术后复发受到重视,但药物在肿瘤中的渗透深度尚不清楚,需进一步研究。方法:本实验利用阿霉素在490nm激发光下能发出桔红色荧光的原理,用荧光显微镜直接观察腹腔热灌注化疗后,阿霉素在实体瘤中的分布及吐温80对阿霉素渗透的影响。结果:单纯阿霉素腹腔灌注时渗入瘤体达25~30μm,热灌注时阿霉素渗入瘤体内45~50μm,加用吐温80时阿霉素渗入达2mm。结论:温热可促进药物在肿瘤中的渗透,吐温80对热化疗有增敏作用
OBJECTIVE: In recent years, intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of digestive tract tumors has paid attention to prevention of postoperative recurrence. However, the penetration depth of drugs in tumors is not yet clear, and further research is needed. METHODS: This experiment used the principle of doxorubicin to emit orange-red fluorescence under excitation light of 490 nm. After direct intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy with fluorescence microscope, the distribution of doxorubicin in solid tumors and the infiltration of Tween 80 against adriamycin Impact. Results: Intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin alone infiltrated tumors into the body up to 25-30μm, doxorubicin infiltrated into tumors 45-50μm during hot perfusion, and when infused with Tween 80, doxorubicin infiltrated up to 2mm. Conclusion: Warming can promote the penetration of drugs in tumors, Tween 80 has a sensitizing effect on thermochemotherapy
