目的:通过对微螺钉种植体在正畸支抗中的稳定性研究,为临床提供理论依据。方法:按微螺钉种植体标准操作规程对80例各类错牙合畸形患者采用直丝弓配合自攻型微螺钉种植体进行矫治,共种植微螺钉216枚,负载期为8~12个月,评价各个临床变量对微螺钉种植体稳定性的影响。结果:微螺钉种植体成功率为93.5%,下颌平面角高低、微螺钉直径、口腔卫生状况对微种植钉稳定性影响明显,而微种植钉的定位及加力情况对微种植钉稳定性无显著影响。结论:选择较粗的螺钉,对下颌平面角较高的患者采取谨慎设计,维持好的口腔卫生是微螺钉种植成功及能否稳定行使功能的关键。
Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical study of the stability of micro-screw implants in orthodontic support. Methods: According to the standard operating rules of micro-screw implant, 80 cases of all kinds of malocclusion were treated with straight wire arch and self-tapping micro-screw implants. A total of 216 micro-screw implants were planted for 8-12 months , Evaluate the impact of various clinical variables on the stability of micro-screw implants. Results: The success rate of micro-screw implants was 93.5%, the height of mandibular plane angle, the diameter of micro-screw and oral hygiene had significant effect on the stability of micro-implants. The stability of micro-implants was not affected by micro- Significantly affected. CONCLUSIONS: Careful design of patients with higher mandibular plane angles for the selection of coarser screws is the key to successful micro-screw implanting and the ability to function reliably.
