本文根据实验结果,着重分析了单齿圈单牙轮钻头的运动规律。指出:牙轮绕牙轮轴的转动和钻头绕钻头轴线的转动都不是匀速的,而是变速的。此外,还简要分析了牙轮的受力情况及牙轮齿与钢井底的相互作用过程。 文章结合实验结果,还分别讨论了单齿圈双牙轮钻头和单齿圈三牙轮钻头的基本运动规律。 以往,国内外关于牙轮钻头运动学的文章大多假定钻头的转动和牙轮的转动是匀速转动。这与实际情况不相符。为了真正掌握牙轮钻头的运动规律,我们拟实测钻头的转速和牙轮的转速,并从最简单的,既无移轴又无超顶的单齿圈等布齿的牙轮钻头入手进行研究。
Based on the experimental results, this paper focuses on the analysis of single-cone single-cone bit movement. It is pointed out that the rotation of the cone about the cone axis and the rotation of the bit about the axis of the bit are not uniform, but variable speed. In addition, a brief analysis of the force of the roller cone and the interaction between the gear tooth and the bottom of the steel well is also given. Combined with the experimental results, the paper also discusses the basic movement regularities of single-ring double cone bit and single ring gear tri-cone bit respectively. In the past, most domestic and foreign articles on roller bit kinematics assume that the rotation of the bit and the rotation of the roller cone are uniform. This is not in line with the actual situation. In order to really understand the motion of the roller bit, we have to measure the speed of the bit and the speed of the roller cone, and from the simplest roller bit that has no moving axis and no over-center single-tooth ring .
