TH973是专门为全自动节能节水开关设计的模数混合大规模集成电路,它主要由增益可调低噪声运放、六阶开关电容带通滤波器、比较电路、时钟电路和控制电路等组成。文章利用滤波器理论和开关共享技术进行电路设计,提出了一种新型的开关电容滤波器电路,使得以往需要六个运放的六阶开关电容滤波器只用三个运放便得以实现。利用L-EDIT进行全定制版图设计,利用双层多晶硅N阱CMOS工艺进行芯片制造。采用TH973的全自动节能节水开关已批量生产,并得到越来越广泛的应用。
TH973 is designed for fully automatic energy-saving water-saving switch modular analog hybrid integrated circuits, which mainly by the adjustable gain of low-noise op amp, sixth-order switched capacitor band-pass filter, the comparator circuit, the clock circuit and control circuit . In this paper, the circuit design is based on the theory of filter and the technology of switch sharing. A novel switched capacitor filter circuit is proposed, which makes it possible to realize the sixth-order switched capacitor filter that only needs six operational amplifiers in only three operational amplifiers. L-EDIT using a full custom layout design, the use of double-polysilicon N-well CMOS process for chip manufacturing. The TH973 automatic energy-saving water-saving switch has been mass-produced, and more and more widely used.
