本文针对当前中小学美术教学所面临的“学生难弄,教学难搞”的困惑局面,基于对学生“学画”的动机和心理特点以及来自家长的心理影响所作的分析,结合自身近年来教学实践的经验、体悟和初步成绩,提出了美术教师应从美术教育思想科学内涵的高度,从自身角度采取“以变应变”的策略,即主动调整和改变美术教学的传统模式,勇于探索适应现实需求和符合科学性要求的教学方法的创新路径,以期为那些喜欢“学画”的学生打好未来实现绘画艺术人生的坚实基础。
