综述了白藓的研究进展,进行了白藓引种驯化试验,从种子发芽、保苗、繁殖、田间管理及物候等方面对白藓的栽培进行了研究.结果表明:采用沙藏处理法处理白藓种子,储藏温度1~5℃,储藏时间180 d,湿度60%时,出苗率可达95%以上;幼苗使用50%遮阳网,保苗率达90%以上.同时指出,只有在形成完整栽培生产操作规程的前提下,才能对白藓进行开发利用,解决资源短缺的问题.
