用液膜技术提取钼的研究

钼为稀贵金属,应用广泛。近年来用钼微肥使农业获得大面积增产。云南省最近发现有零星钼矿。为发展云南农业生产,作者研究了浓集金属钼的方法,用70年代发明的液膜技术对钼的提取作了一系列的探索。成功地获得了最佳液膜组成为span80-三辛胺-煤油-Na_2HPO_4。破乳后钼的浓缩浓度增加了8倍多,其制膜方法为:在500ml烧瓶中加入膜溶剂煤油30ml,表面活性剂span80(山梨醇单油酸酯)4g,流动载体三辛胺5ml,混匀后加入解吸剂0.25mol·L~(-1)Na_2HPO_4 30ml,高速搅拌(2000~3000转/min),即制得乳黄油状液膜。其提取方法为:在500ml烧瓶中按10/100乳水比加料,慢速搅拌(150~200转/min),使两相充分接触,每隔5min沉清分离,取水样(含钼水液)分析,共5~6次。破乳:将富集了MoO_4~(2-)的乳浊液相水浴加热,破乳,沉清分离,取水相分析钼的含量。或者加乙酸乙酯或戊醇使其破乳。本法能迅速而有效地从稀溶液中提取MoO_4~(2-),提取率可达98%以上。采用本液膜体系提取MoO_4~(2-)比较合理的操作条件为外相液pH=3.15,浓度小于100ppm,水乳比为100/10。接触时间为25min,如果在外相溶液中加入1g NaCl和1g柠檬酸,效果更好。 Molybdenum is a rare metal, widely used. Demulsification: the emulsion enriched MoO_4 ~ (2-) water bath heating, demulsification, Shen Qing separation, water phase analysis of molybdenum content. Or add ethyl acetate or amyl alcohol to demulsification. This method can quickly and effectively extract MoO_4 ~ (2-) from dilute solution, the extraction rate can reach more than 98%. The liquid membrane system to extract MoO_4 ~ (2-) more reasonable operating conditions for the external phase liquid pH = 3.15, the concentration of less than 100ppm, water and milk ratio of 100/10. The contact time is 25min, if adding 1g NaCl and 1g citric acid to the external phase solution, the effect is better.
