随着我国经济的迅猛发展,我国的建筑行业也得以迅速发展起来,我国的城市建筑结构也越来越复杂化、多样化。在市政施工企业中,最重要的问题就是人力资源管理问题。在进行建筑工程施工时,人力资源管理是企业管理的重要内容,它决定企业在市场中的竞争力。因此,解决好人力资源管理问题是非常重要的。笔者首先对人力资源管理进行了简要概述,阐述了人力资源管理工作的特点以及其中潜在的问题,还针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the construction industry in our country has also been rapidly developed. The structure of urban buildings in our country is also becoming more complicated and diversified. In municipal construction enterprises, the most important issue is the human resources management issues. The author first gives a brief overview of human resource management, elaborates the characteristics of human resource management and its potential problems, but also puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems.
