由农牧渔业部、水利电力部、林业部和全国水土保持学会、农业环境保护协会联合主持的黄土高原地区综合治理开发问题讨论会于9月5日至9日在山西省河曲县召开。参加会议的除青海、宁夏、甘肃、内蒙古、陕西、山西6个省、区和46个县的有关领导同志外,还有不少科研单位和大专院校的专家、学者总计138人。 会议着重研究和讨论了黄土高原地区的综合治理问题,总结和交流了这一地区在区划的基础上,按照系统工程的方法制定综合治理的整体规划,并由有关部门协同实施的经验。
The Symposium on the Comprehensive Management and Development of the Loess Plateau, co-chaired by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery, the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, the Ministry of Forestry, the National Association of Soil and Water Conservation and the Association of Agricultural Environmental Protection, was held in Hequ County, Shanxi Province from September 5 to September 9. In addition to the relevant leaders and leaders of the six provinces, autonomous regions and 46 counties in Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi and Shanxi, as well as experts and scholars from scientific research institutes and universities and colleges, a total of 138 participants attended the conference. The meeting focused on the study and discussion of the comprehensive management of the Loess Plateau, summarizes and exchanges on the basis of the division in the region, in accordance with the method of systematic engineering to develop overall planning of integrated management, coordinated by the relevant departments to implement the experience.
