薪酬是企业所需支付的人力成本,是企业吸引及留住人才的首要方式,搭建科学、合理、系统的薪酬管理制度是企业取得竞争优势的关键,是人力资源中最为重要的一环。为了确保油田企业的长远发展,在激烈的市场竞争环境中屹立不倒,油田企业必须提高对人力资源中薪酬制度的管理,必须以企业战略目标为出发点,实施战略化的薪酬管理方式。
Pay is the manpower cost that an enterprise needs to pay and is the primary way for an enterprise to attract and retain qualified personnel. Setting up a scientific, reasonable and systematic salary management system is the key for an enterprise to gain a competitive advantage and is the most important part of human resources. In order to ensure the long-term development of oilfield enterprises and stand firm in the fierce market competitive environment, oilfield enterprises must improve the management of salary system in human resources. The enterprise’s strategic objective must be taken as the starting point to implement the strategic salary management.
