地下金属矿井巷工程施工中,因超挖给矿山生产建设带来的危害,已为人所共知。以我矿为例,通过对全矿开拓工程调查,在实测的135个剖而中,扣除允许限差外,还超挖2419.43米~3,折合进尺377.1米,超挖率为11.91%,若以年平均掘进5万米计,因超挖将增加掘进成本89.1万元,扣除工资部份仍需增加64.16万元。为此我矿积极推广运用光面爆破,进一步限制超挖,目前已获得较大成效。本文通过几个实例,谈谈这方面的具体做法和体会,仅供同行参考。
