目的 了解激活态雪旺细胞在细胞培养下的生长规律。方法 应用改良的雪旺细胞培养法体外培养激活态雪旺细胞 ,通过激活态雪旺细胞在各生长点 (3d ,5d,7d ,9d,1 1d ,1 3d)的计数 ,绘制激活态雪旺细胞的生长曲线。作Lowry蛋白测定 ,H3 胸腺嘧啶核甙测定 ,了解激活态雪旺细胞在细胞培养下的生长情况。结果 每个时间段检测激活态雪旺细胞的生长繁殖能力 ,Lowry蛋白含量 ,H3 胸腺嘧啶核甙的含量 ,均数倍于正常态的雪旺细胞 ;两者差异均有非常显著性意义 (t =2 2 3、67 1、72 4,P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 激活态雪旺细胞在细胞培养下具有旺盛的生长繁殖能力
Objective To investigate the growth of activated Schwann cells under cell culture. Methods Schwann cells were cultured in vitro with modified Schwann cell culture. The count of activated Schwann cells at each growth point (3d, 5d, 7d, 9d, 11d, 1 3d) Cell growth curve. Lowry protein determination, H3 thymidine determination, to understand the activation of Schwann cells in cell culture growth. Results The growth and reproduction capacity, the content of Lowry protein and the content of H3 thymidine in activated Schwann cells were detected in each time period. The difference was significant (t = 2 2 3,67 1,72 4, P <0. 0 0 1). Conclusion The activated Schwann cells have strong growth and reproduction ability in cell culture
