为研究核供热堆上空腔不凝结气体(氮气)的排放特性,在5MW核供热堆热工水力学实验回路上进行了实验研究,实验模拟了核供热堆排放工况的主要参数,着重研究了在排放过程中氮气排放份额变化特性和氮气排放份额对排放背压的影响,排放前实验系统压力运行在1.5MPa,初始氮气分压为0.34MPa。采用静态校验法获得单位时间的平均氮气排放份额。实验结果表明:由于排放过程中闪蒸现象的发生使得氮气的排放特性变化复杂,氮气排放份额在整个排放过程出现双峰,排放阻力对氮气排放特性有较大的影响。
In order to study the emission characteristics of the non-condensable gas (nitrogen) in the cavity of the nuclear heating reactor, an experimental study was carried out on the thermal hydraulics experimental loop of the 5MW nuclear heating reactor. The main parameters of the nuclear heating reactor’s discharge conditions were experimentally simulated, Emphasis was placed on the effect of the change of nitrogen emission share and the share of nitrogen emission on the emission back pressure during the emission process. The pre-emission experimental system was operated at a pressure of 1.5 MPa and an initial nitrogen partial pressure of 0.34 MPa. Obtain the average nitrogen emission share per unit of time by static verification. The experimental results show that due to the flashover phenomenon in the process of discharge, the change of nitrogen emission characteristics is complicated. The nitrogen emission share has double peaks during the whole discharge process, and the discharge resistance has a great influence on the nitrogen emission characteristics.
