为将破伤风类毒素 (TT)的免疫接种方法由肌肉或皮下注射改为鼻内接种,作者检测了小鼠对铝吸附ΤΤ(aΤΤ)和未吸附TT(nTT)与重组霍乱毒素B亚单位(rCTB)鼻内接种的全身和粘膜免疫应答。作者选用7周龄雌性BALB/c小鼠为研究对象,一组小鼠分别鼻内接种加或不加rCTB的aTT,另一组小鼠则接受加或不加rCTB的nTT。研究显示,不管rCTB是否存在,鼻内接种0.SLf aTT均能诱导高水平的TT特异性血清IgG和中等水平的TT特异
In order to change the method of immunization of tetanus toxoid (TT) from intramuscular or subcutaneous injection to intranasal inoculation, the authors examined the effect of aluminum adsorption Tt (aTT) and unattached TT (nTT) and recombinant cholera toxin B subunit (RCTB) intranasal inoculation of the systemic and mucosal immune response. The authors selected 7-week-old female BALB / c mice as study subjects. One group of mice were intranasally inoculated with aTT plus or minus rCTB, and the other group received nTT with or without rCTB. Studies have shown that intranasal inoculation of 0.SLf aTT can induce high levels of TT-specific serum IgG and moderate levels of TT-specificity regardless of the presence or absence of rCTB
