目的:研究脑通复方制剂对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆及胆碱酯酶活性的影响,探讨其对血管性痴呆治疗的作用及机制。方法:采用改良四血管法建立血管性痴呆模型;Morris水迷宫进行行为学测试,Ellman比色法测定海马匀浆中乙酰胆碱酯酶、丁酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果:脑通复方制剂能提高大鼠学习记忆成绩,降低海马乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结论:脑通复方制剂对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力下降有明显的保护作用,其作用机制可能与抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性作用密切相关。
Objective: To study the effects of Naitong Compound on learning and memory and cholinesterase in vascular dementia rats, and explore its mechanism and mechanism of vascular dementia. Methods: Vascular dementia model was established by modified four-vessel method. Morris water maze was used to conduct behavioral testing. Echman colorimetry was used to measure acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase activity in hippocampal homogenate. Results: Naotong compound can improve learning and memory in rats and decrease acetylcholinesterase activity in hippocampus. Conclusion: Nao Tong decoction has a significant protective effect on learning and memory impairment of vascular dementia rats, and its mechanism may be closely related to inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity.
