目的 阐述非核苷类逆转录酶 (RT)抑制剂的性质、特点和在治疗HIV 1感染中的作用。方法 参阅相关文献对其进行综述。结果与结论 非核苷类RT抑制剂是一大类化学结构各异的化合物 ,它们结合于RT上一个非底物结合的变构部位 ,使RT失去活性。从天然化合物中寻找新的非核苷类RT抑制剂是一条治疗HIV 1感染的极有希望的途径
Objective To elucidate the nature, characteristics and role of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase (RT) inhibitors in the treatment of HIV-1 infection. Methods refer to the relevant literature to review it. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Non-nucleoside RT inhibitors are a broad class of chemical compounds that bind to a non-substrate-associated allosteric site on RT, rendering RT inactive. Finding new non-nucleoside RT inhibitors from natural compounds is a promising route to treat HIV-1 infection
