在改革开放以前的相当长一段时期内,中国实行的是高度集中的计划经济体制。也许正是因为这一原因,很多人把计划经济体制看做是社会主义的基本特征之一。改革开放之初,中共中央对僵化的经济发展模式进行了深入反思,重新认识传统的计划经济体制。经过1979年至1992年十三年的探索,渐渐明确了经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制。其间,经历了很多曲折,也发生了很多故事。
In the relatively long period before the reform and opening up, China adopted a highly centralized planned economy. It may be precisely for this reason that many people see the planned economic system as one of the basic characteristics of socialism. At the beginning of the reform and opening up, the CPC Central Committee conducted an in-depth reflection on the rigid economic development model and re-recognized the traditional planned economic system. After the explorations of the 13 years from 1979 to 1992, it gradually became clear that the goal of economic restructuring was to establish a socialist market economic system.
