非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者的无症状心肌缺血(SilentMy-ocardialIschemia,SMI)发生率较高,但胰岛素水平是否与SMI相关尚不清楚。为J匕,本实验来用链脉佐菌素和垂体后叶青致糖尿病合并心肌缺血大鼠,通过血、尿生化检查及胰岛素水平检测,从而分析糖尿病时胰岛素水平与SMI的病理关系,并探讨了中药开心胶囊的有关作用机制。结果显示:糖尿病合并心肌缺血的大鼠血浆胰岛素水平明显升高,说明胰岛素抵抗与。:肌缺血有一定的内在联系。开心胶囊可降低模型大鼠的血浆胰岛素水平,有较好的改善心肌缺血的作用,我们认为开心胶囊对糖尿病合并心肌缺血大鼠的作用机制可能为①改善脂质代谢;②改善胰岛素抵抗,增强胰岛素效应。
Patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) have a high incidence of silent myocardial infarction (SMI), but it is unclear whether insulin levels are associated with SMI. For J, this experiment used streptozotocin and posterior pituitary diabetes to induce diabetes in rats with myocardial ischemia. Blood and urine biochemical tests and insulin levels were used to analyze the pathological relationship between insulin levels and SMI during diabetes. And explored the related mechanism of Kaixin capsule. The results showed that plasma insulin levels in diabetic rats with myocardial ischemia were significantly higher, indicating insulin resistance. : Myocardial ischemia has a certain intrinsic connection. Kaixin capsule can reduce the plasma insulin level in model rats and has a better effect on improving myocardial ischemia. We believe that the mechanism of action of Kaixin capsule on diabetes combined with myocardial ischemia may be to improve lipid metabolism; 2 to improve insulin resistance , increase insulin effect.
