This study was aimed to investigate the changes and their significance of the expression of KCa-3.1 and TNF-α in peripheral blood lymphocytes of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods SHR and normal Wistar rats were used as experimental animals. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were isolated by density centrifugation. The expression of KCa3.1 and TNF-α mRNA and protein in SHR peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot. . Results: SHR group KCa3
