目的了解医疗美容机构手术器械清洗效果,为加强管理提供依据。方法用目测法和ATP荧光检测法,对朝阳区35所医疗美容机构清洁后的手术器械进行现场检测。结果医疗美容机构器械清洗现状不容乐观。麻醉面罩清洗质量有60%不合格,吸脂管有18%不合格,吸引器接口有13.6%不合格。结论医疗美容机构医疗器械清洗质量较差,存在消毒与灭菌失败的潜在危险,应加强管理和监督监测。 Objective To understand the cleaning effect of surgical instruments in medical cosmetic institutions and provide the basis for strengthening management. Methods Visual inspection and ATP fluorescence detection were used to detect the cleaned surgical instruments in 35 medical and beauty institutions in Chaoyang District. Results The status of medical and beauty institutions equipment cleaning is not optimistic. Anesthetic mask cleaning quality of 60% failed, liposuction tube 18% failed, suction interface, 13.6% failed. Conclusion The quality of medical device cleaning in medical and beauty institutions is poor, so there is a potential risk of disinfection and sterilization failure. Management and monitoring should be strengthened.
