采用有源相控阵技术的薄膜合成孔径雷达因其全天候、大范围、高精度的探测能力,受到各国广泛重视。柔性薄膜T/R组件,由于其重量轻、厚度薄、可弯曲的特性,可以满足天基预警雷达柔性薄膜天线的需要。柔性薄膜收发组件作为薄膜合成孔径雷达的核心部件,成为薄膜合成孔径雷达(SAR)的关键。文中对柔性薄膜T/R组件的接收和发射电路、弯曲特性进行了仿真分析,并对该T/R组件样机进行测试验证,获得了工作频段为L波段,接收增益大于24d B,噪声系数小于2d B,发射功率大于1W,弯曲对带内的损耗影响小于0.1d B,对带内的相位影响小于2°的结果,其在噪声和接收性能上具有先进性,并对工程应用具有一定的实际参考意义。
Thin-film Synthetic Aperture Radars (SARs) using active phased array technology are widely valued in many countries because of their capability of detecting all-weather, large-scale and high-precision. Flexible film T / R components, due to its light weight, thin thickness, can be bent to meet the needs of space-based early warning radar flexible film antenna. As the key component of the thin film SAR, the flexible film transceiver module has become the key of the thin film Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). In this paper, the receiving and transmitting circuits and bending characteristics of flexible T / R module are simulated and analyzed. The prototype of the T / R module is tested and verified. The working frequency band is L band, the receiving gain is more than 24d B, the noise figure is less than 2d B, the transmission power is greater than 1W, the influence of bending on the loss in the band is less than 0.1d B, and the effect on the in-band phase is less than 2 °, which is advanced in noise and reception performance and has certain The actual reference meaning.
