Although 3% of infants have birth defects, congenital malignant melanoma is rare. This article first reported that one immature baby was born with extensively metastatic malignant melanoma, but her mother had no similar disease. The baby was 35 weeks of gestation, weighing 3.19 kg, and was born in April 1969. The mother was 19 years old at the time of childbirth. The infant whose baby has been pulled out has extensive black lesions covering the entire back and the skin thickens and hardens. Clear pigmentation. Most of the lumps bulge, several centimeters above the surface of the surrounding skin. Many satellite nodules are visible in the right waist and there are also several nodules on the shoulders. There are at least 30 fewer skins on the scalp, chest, abdomen, legs, and perianal area
