铬和钒联合亚慢性染毒对小鼠血清AST和ALT及血糖的影响

目的研究铬和钒联合亚慢性染毒对小鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活力及血糖(Glu)含量的影响。方法将70只健康6~8周龄清洁级雄性昆明小鼠随机分为7组,分别为对照(蒸馏水)组和1.71 mg/kg(1/100 LD50)、3.42 mg/kg(1/50 LD50)、17.10 mg/kg(1/10 LD50)重铬酸钾单独染毒组及1.71、3.42、17.10 mg/kg重铬酸钾和0.90 mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组,每组10只。采用经口灌胃方式进行染毒,染毒容量为20 ml/kg,每天1次,连续染毒30 d。测定小鼠血清AST、ALT的活力和Glu的含量。结果与对照组比较,3.42、17.10 mg/kg重铬酸钾染毒组及其与0.90 mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清ALT活力均增高,各剂量重铬酸钾单独染毒组和各剂量重铬酸钾与偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清AST活力均增高,而17.10 mg/kg重铬酸钾及其与0.90 mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清Glu含量均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与相同剂量重铬酸钾单独染毒组比较,3.42、17.10 mg/kg重铬酸钾与0.90 mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清ALT活力均增高,各剂量重铬酸钾和偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清AST活力均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且随着染毒剂量的升高,小鼠血清ALT、AST活力均呈上升趋势,血清Glu含量呈下降趋势。结论铬和钒联合亚慢性染毒可使小鼠血清AST和ALT活力增高及血糖含量降低。 Objective To investigate the effects of chromium and vanadium combined with subchronic exposure on the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and glutamate aminotransferase (ALT) and the content of blood glucose (Glu) in mice. Compared with the same dose of potassium dichromate alone, the serum ALT activity of mice treated with combination of 3.42,17.10 mg / kg potassium dichromate and 0.90 mg / kg ammonium metavanadate were increased, and the doses of potassium dichromate And the combination of ammonium metavanadate mice serum AST activity were increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). And with the increase of exposure dose, the activity of serum ALT and AST in mice showed an upward trend, while the content of serum Glu showed a decreasing trend. Conclusion Chromium and vanadium combined with sub-chronic exposure can increase serum AST and ALT activity and reduce blood glucose levels in mice.
