将涡流探伤法应用于非磁性材料抽油杆的裂纹检测.根据麦克斯韦电磁场理论,用有限元法计算了非磁性抽油杆涡流探伤中裂纹对涡流场和检测探头阻抗的影响,提出以探头阻抗的相位分量作为测量裂纹的原始伤变量,在此基础上研制了一套用于在线检测非磁性抽油杆上裂纹的涡流传感器及其检测电路.实验表明,该系统灵敏度高、速度快、抗干扰性好、工作稳定可靠.
The eddy current testing method is applied to the crack detection of non-magnetic material sucker rod. According to the theory of Maxwell’s electromagnetic field, the influence of the crack on the eddy current field and the impedance of the detecting probe in the eddy current testing of the non-magnetic sucker rod was calculated by the finite element method. The phase component of the impedance of the probe was taken as the original damage quantity of the measuring crack. On this basis, A set of eddy current sensor and its detection circuit for on-line detection of cracks on non-magnetic sucker rod. Experiments show that the system has high sensitivity, fast speed, good anti-interference and stable and reliable operation.
