10月15日,由实力国企广州工业集团开发、中地行代理的广州开发区西区全新楼盘——[水韵翔庭]正式向市场公开发布项目。项目是开发区五年内唯一发售精品住宅社区,占地2.4万,总建筑面积9万方,由6栋16-18层住宅建筑组成,南面是区重点配套工程,由人大督办的西区餐饮综合中心。项目建成后,将成为开发西区最宜居的住宅社区。
