采用中置曝气生物滤池工艺在南方某水厂进行实验,研究在不同气水体积比的条件下对中置曝气生物滤池去除NH3-N的影响。结果表明,处理水体积流量为8 m3/h时,气水体积比从0.1到0.6逐级升高,中置曝气生物滤池对NH3-N的去除率从55.26%增大到92.86%,当气水体积比分别为0.3和0.4时,本工艺对NO2--N的平均去除率分别为92.48%和99.21%,综合考虑中置曝气生物滤池工艺运行效果与成本,确定0.3为优化气水体积比。
The experiments were carried out in a water plant in the south by means of a mid-aeration biofilter process to study the effect of removing NH3-N from the central aerated biofilter under different gas-water volume ratios. The results showed that when the treated water volume flow rate was 8 m3 / h, the volume ratio of gas to water increased gradually from 0.1 to 0.6. The removal rate of NH3-N from the middle biological aerated filter increased from 55.26% to 92.86% When the volume ratio of air to water was 0.3 and 0.4 respectively, the average removal rates of NO2 - N in the process were 92.48% and 99.21% respectively. Considering the operation effect and cost of the process of central biological aerated filter, 0.3 was optimized Gas-water volume ratio.
