模拟法庭教学在工科院校法学课程中的应用

随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,工科院校法学课程如经济法、国际商法及法律基础等课程,在工科院校课程设置中日益受到重视。然而,工科院校生源多来自理科学生,法学基础知识相对薄弱,而法学课程又有理论性强、逻辑性强、抽象难懂等特点,因此,如何在工科院校摆脱传统“灌输”教学方式,是该类院校法学课程教学改革的当务之急。本文通过对模拟法庭教学法在工科院校法学课程的应用探究,提出了模拟法庭教学的三阶段及在模拟法庭教学法应用中的注意事项,可有效提高学生学习相关课程的积极性、主动性和创造性,提高学生理论联系实际、运用所学知识分析问题与解决问题的能力,以达到培养应用型人才综合能力目标。 With the rapid development of socialist market economy in our country, the courses of law in engineering universities such as economic law, international commercial law and law foundation have drawn more and more attention in the curriculums of engineering colleges and universities. However, most of the students in engineering colleges come from science students, and the basic knowledge of law is relatively weak. However, the law courses have the characteristics of strong theory, strong logic and absurdity of understanding. Therefore, how to get rid of the traditional “indoctrination” Teaching methods, is the top priority of law reform in teaching law courses in these institutions. Through the application of moot court teaching in law courses in engineering colleges and universities, this paper puts forward three stages of moot court teaching and some considerations in the application of moot court teaching methods, which can effectively improve the enthusiasm, initiative and Creativity, improve the theory of students with the actual use of knowledge to analyze the problem and the ability to solve problems in order to achieve the goal of training comprehensive ability of applied talents.
