一氧化碳进入人体形成碳氧血红蛋白(COHb)所致的危害,历来为人们所重视。COHb 的生物半减期在人体内平均为240~320min,在动物体内则报道甚少。为了便于用动物实验研究 CO 的毒性,我们进行了大白鼠体内 COHb 生物半减期的测定。
Carbon monoxide into the body to form carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) caused by the harm, has always been valued. Biological half-life of COHb in the human body average of 240 ~ 320min, reported very little in animals. In order to facilitate the animal experiments to study the toxicity of CO, we conducted a biological half-life determination of COHb in rats.
