目的 :分析儿科抗菌药物使用情况与药学干预的应用价值。方法 :通过回顾性调查分析进行药学干预前、后我院的儿科用药处方中抗菌药物的用药情况。结果 :本院儿科使用抗菌药物主要应用与感染类疾病;干预前、后比较发现:干预后儿科处方中抗菌药物的使用率、抗菌药物注射剂使用率、平均费用、使用疗程、联合用药率、不合理用药率均有明显下降,组间差异具有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。结论 :我院通过对儿科抗菌药物进行药学干预,提高了儿科合理用药的水平。合理使用抗菌药物不仅能够提高临床治疗效果,降低病菌感染率,减少医疗费用负担,还能减少患者自身的不良反应。
Objective: To analyze the application of pediatric antibacterials and the value of pharmaceutical interventions. Methods: Through the retrospective investigation, the medication of antibacterials in pediatric prescriptions in our hospital before and after the pharmacy intervention was analyzed. Results: The main use of antimicrobial drugs in pediatric hospitals and infectious diseases; intervention before and after comparison found that: pediatric prescriptions after intervention in the use of antibacterial drugs, antibacterial drug injection rates, the average cost, the use of treatment, the rate of combination, not Reasonable drug rates were significantly decreased, the difference between groups was statistically significant (both P <0.05). Conclusion: Our hospital through pediatric antibiotics for pharmaceutical intervention, improve the rational use of pediatric medicine level. Rational use of antimicrobial drugs not only improve clinical outcomes, reduce the infection rate of bacteria, reduce the burden of medical costs, but also reduce the patient’s own adverse reactions.
