通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对健身气功.八段锦在高校教学实践现状进行研究,充分论述了健身气功.八段锦在社会适应能力、运动技能提高、身心健康等方面对大学生的影响,并结合教学实践,由浅入深地将健身气功.八段锦引入高校体育课,最终使学生更好地掌握健身气功.八段锦的健身机理和运动方法,成为他们学习生活的一部分。
Through the methods of literature review, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of Health Qigong and Baduanjin in teaching practice in colleges and universities, and fully discusses Health Qigong. Skills improvement, physical and mental health and other aspects of the impact on college students, combined with teaching practice, from shallow to deep will be Health Qigong. Eight Duan Jin introduction of college physical education, and ultimately enable students to better grasp Health Qigong. Baduanjin fitness mechanism and Exercise methods become part of their learning life.
