目的:通过HeraclesⅡ超快速气相电子鼻技术,建立麦冬硫熏样品与未硫熏样品的快速鉴别方法。方法:采用HeraclesⅡ超快速气相电子鼻对硫熏与未硫熏麦冬样品进行气味分析,根据获取的气味色谱信息,结合Kovats保留指数及Arochembase数据库内容,对两类样品的差异化合物进行定性分析;另外,通过建立的化学计量学模型实现了对硫熏与未硫熏麦冬的快速鉴别。结果:通过Arochembase数据库对比分析,硫熏麦冬硫化物明显比未硫熏麦冬多,气味特征差异大;PCA模型可明显区分硫熏麦冬与未硫熏麦冬;运用SIMCA模型能够实现对硫熏麦冬的快速鉴别。结论:HeraclesⅡ超快速气相电子鼻技术可用于硫熏麦冬与未硫熏麦冬的快速鉴别,为中药材的硫熏快速鉴别提供新技术和新方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid identification method of Radix Ophiopogon japonicus and non-sulfur smoked samples by Heracles Ⅱ ultra-fast gas electron nose technology. Methods: The odor of sulfur - smoked and non - sulfur smoked Ophiopogon japonicus samples was analyzed by Heracles Ⅱ ultra - fast gas electron nose. According to the obtained chromatographic data of odor and Kovats retention index and the content of Arochembase database, the differential compounds of the two samples were qualitatively analyzed. In addition, rapid identification of sulfur smoked and unsulfured Ophiopogon japonicus was achieved through the established chemometric model. Results: Comparison of the Arochembase database showed that Sulfolobus sulphurenosides had significantly more sulfides than Sulfolobus argenteus and the differences of odor characteristics were significant. PCA model could distinguish Sulfolobus violaceus from Sulfoxamal smurf winterily. Using SIMCA model, Sulfur smoked Ophiopogon quickly identify. Conclusion: Heracles Ⅱ ultra-fast gas electron nose technology can be used for the rapid identification of Sulfur-cured Ophiopogon japonicus and non-sulfur-cured Ophiopogon japonicus, providing new technologies and new methods for the rapid identification of Sulfur-smoked Chinese herbal medicines.
