目的:对比研究Euro-Colins(EC)液+前列腺素E1与低钾右旋糖酐(LPD)液的肺保存效果。方法:实验分3组(n=6),A组为未经保存的正常对照组,B组和C组供体兔肺分别用LPD液和EC液+前列腺素E1灌洗并低温(10℃)保存18小时。3组供体兔肺均在离体兔肺连续再灌注模型上进行检测。结果:LPD液保存组供体肺在气体交换、肺动脉平均压、呼吸道峰压、病理改变及再灌注后供体肺含水量等方面均显著优于EC液+前列腺素E1,且部分检测指标近似于正常对照组。结论:LPD液显著优于EC液加用前列腺素E1的肺保存效果。
OBJECTIVE: To comparatively study the lung preservation effect of Euro-Colins (EC) fluid + prostaglandin E1 and low potassium dextran (LPD) fluids. Methods: The experiment was divided into three groups (n = 6). A group was untreated normal control group, B group and C group donor rabbit lungs were lavaged with LPD solution and EC solution plus prostaglandin E1 respectively, Save for 18 hours. Three groups of donor rabbit lungs were isolated from rabbits with continuous lung perfusion model. Results: The donor lungs of LPD fluid preservation group were significantly superior to EC fluid + prostaglandin E1 in gas exchange, mean pulmonary artery pressure, peak airway pressure, pathological changes and donor lung water content after reperfusion, and some of the detection indexes were similar In the normal control group. Conclusion: LPD solution is significantly better than EC solution plus prostaglandin E1 in lung preservation.
