目的总结宫颈环扎术后治疗及护理要点。方法动态观察1例宫颈机能不全患者宫颈环扎术后的全面情况,积极进行沟通,了解患者的不适症状及需求,并总结患者现存在的主要护理问题和潜在的护理问题,及时给予治疗及护理措施。结果患者足月剖宫产2个女活婴,大女2 5 8 0 g,小女2 5 5 0 g,均评1 0分,母婴同室,于术后4 d,母婴痊愈出院。结论正确的护理方法 ,及时的护理措施,有效的沟通及宣教是保证宫颈环扎术后患者平稳度过孕期的关键。
Objective To summarize the treatment and nursing points after cervical cerclage. Methods The situation of cervical cerclage in 1 patient with cervical incompetence was dynamically observed and communicated actively to understand the patients’ symptoms and needs. The main nursing problems and potential nursing problems of patients were summarized, and timely treatment and nursing were given Measures. Results The full-term cesarean section was performed on 2 female live births. The oldest woman was 2580 g and the second was 25 5 0 g. Both were rated as 10 and maternal and infant were in the same room. All patients were discharged after 4 days. Conclusions Correct nursing methods, timely nursing interventions, effective communication and mission education are the keys to guaranteeing stable pregnancy after cervical cerclage.
