以深圳宝安体育场索膜结构屋盖为研究对象,该文对其进行了找形和索的破断分析。采用非线性有限元方法进行了找形分析,分析发现该方法可以得到合适的索杆预张力分布和稳定的结构形态。采用单元生死技术对结构体系进行了索的破断分析,结果表明:单根径向索的破断会使局部产生较大变形,但不致引发径向索连续破断;而环向索的破断则会使整个体系产生较大的变形和松弛,从而导致整个结构体系的失效。基于索的破断分析的结果,提出了相应的设计对策,通过采用全封闭索材和特别的环索节点,增加了结构体系安全防线。
Taking Bao’an stadium in Shenzhen as a research object, this paper analyzes the shape-finding and cable breaking of the roof. Finite element analysis was carried out by using the nonlinear finite element method. The analysis shows that this method can obtain the proper pre-tension distribution and the stable structure of the cable rod. The structural and structural analysis was carried out using the unit life and death technique. The results show that the breaking of a single radial cable will lead to large local deformation, but will not lead to the continuous breaking of the radial cable. The breaking of the circumferential cable will make The entire system has a large deformation and relaxation, resulting in the failure of the entire structural system. Based on the results of cable breaking analysis, the corresponding design countermeasures are put forward. Through the use of totally enclosed cable and special ring cable node, the safety of structural system is increased.
