例1,男性患者,39岁,住院号076703,因自服农药“溴氰菊酯”100ml,于2001年3月8日15时来我院急诊科抢救。就诊时神清,生命体征稳定,无皮肤潮湿及肌颤,双瞳孔正常大小,光反射灵敏,口唇无紫绀,心肺正常。给予洗胃、输液促排及对症治疗。抢救过程中突然出现呼吸困难,口唇紫绀,继之呼吸停止,立即行气管插管机械通气,并收入院治疗。住院期间自主呼吸恢复,神志转清,后行气管切开,给予内科综合治疗。3月12日患者突然呼吸停止,抢救无效死亡。

During resumption of spontaneous breathing, consciousness clear, tracheotomy, give medical comprehensive treatment. March 12, the patient stopped breathing suddenly, died of rescue ineffective.
