小浪底水利枢纽国际标工程,在中国国营企业工资体制与西方工程承包商工资体制尚未接轨的情况下,关于国内分包商的劳务调价,其主合同条款规定,承包商与国内分包商的劳务调价包括额外费用(劳动法变更)及价格变更(VOP)两部分。国内承包商应实事求是、客观真实地反映,它们确实是在工程施工过程中由于政府政策、法规的变动(如劳动法的变更)和物价上涨等因素影响下,而导致承包商与国内分包商使用当地劳务时增加的费用。
As for the international standard project of the Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project, under the condition that the wage system of the state-owned enterprises in China and the western engineering contractor’s wage system are not yet in liaison, regarding the labor price adjustment of domestic subcontractors, the terms of the main contract stipulate the services of the contractor and domestic subcontractors.
