介绍了钢丝绳有限元模型的建模过程,并联合运用Solid Works、ANSYS和Recur Dyn软件建立了多绳摩擦式矿井提升机虚拟样机模型,分析了提升机在重载提升和下放工况中,恒减速制动时钢丝绳的动力学特性;并在不同减速度工况下,对提升钢丝绳的张力进行了分析。
The modeling process of wire rope finite element model was introduced and the virtual prototype model of multi-rope friction mine hoist was established by using Solid Works, ANSYS and Recur Dyn software in combination. In the condition of heavy lifting and lowering, The dynamic characteristics of the steel wire rope during deceleration are analyzed. Tension of the steel wire rope is analyzed under different deceleration conditions.
