全封闭模架体系是超高层核心筒钢筋混凝土结构常用的模板体系之一。根据目前国家规程提供的计算方法,模架设计时风荷载以地面控制风速等效至工作面进行计算,但这无法有效指导施工时工作面的实际风力控制。为此,以全封闭模架体系为计算对象,以模架体系工作面的风压作为风荷载取值,取应力比和位移为指标,通过有限元计算软件进行杆件内力核算。在保证架体安全的前提下,讨论了模架体系在施工、爬升等工况下能承受的工作面风力,对实际施工和现场控制有一定的指导意义。
Fully enclosed mold system is one of the most commonly used template systems for the super-tall core-column reinforced concrete structure. According to the calculation methods provided by the current national regulations, the wind load at the time of design of the formwork is calculated based on the ground control wind speed equivalent to the working face, but this can not effectively guide the actual wind control of the working face during construction. Therefore, taking fully enclosed mold-frame system as the calculation object, the wind pressure on the working face of the mold-frame system is taken as the value of wind load and the stress ratio and displacement are taken as indexes to calculate the internal force of the bars through the finite element calculation software. On the premise of ensuring the safety of the frame body, the wind force on the working face which the mold frame system can withstand under construction, climbing and other conditions is discussed, which is of guiding significance to the actual construction and on-site control.
