采用压片工艺和刷涂工艺制备了碳纤维/双马来酰亚胺(T300/QY8911)嵌入式共固化复合材料阻尼结构(ECCDS)试件。对T300/QY8911复合材料阻尼结构试件的吸湿特性进行了研究,获得了吸湿率与阻尼层厚度的关系;对两种工艺制备的复合材料吸湿处理后的层间结合性能进行了研究,分析了阻尼层厚度与层间最大剪切应力的关系。结果表明:含穿孔黏弹性阻尼层的ECCDS能明显提高吸湿处理后的层间结合性能,为ECCDS的理论设计和应用研究奠定了基础。
A carbon fiber / bismaleimide (T300 / QY8911) embedded co-cured composite damping structure (ECCDS) specimen was prepared by using the tabletting and brushing processes. The moisture absorption characteristics of the T300 / QY8911 composite damping structure specimens were studied, and the relationship between the moisture absorption rate and the thickness of the damping layer was obtained. The interlayer bonding properties of the composite materials prepared by the two processes were studied after moisture absorption treatment. Relationship between the thickness of damping layer and the maximum shear stress between layers. The results show that ECCDS with perforation viscoelastic damping layer can obviously improve the interlayer bonding performance after moisture absorption treatment, which lays the foundation for the theoretical design and application of ECCDS.
