前文报道了用差示扫描量热法(DSC)技术研究山莨菪碱、东莨菪碱、樟柳碱以及阿托品对二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)脂质体流动性的影响,结果表明,山莨菪碱与阿托品较明显地增加脂质体的流动性。本文进一步采用电子自旋共振波谱(ESR),荧光偏振以及冰冻断裂电子显微镜技术,同样证明山莨菪碱能增加DPPC脂质体的流动性。
The previous report reported the effects of anisodamine, scopolamine, anisodine and atropine on the fluidity of dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) liposomes by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that anisodamine Alkalis and atropine significantly increased liposome fluidity. In this study, electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR), fluorescence polarization and electron microscopy were also used to characterize the fluidity of DPPC liposomes.
