建立秦艽花的HPLC指纹图谱。采用Fusion-RP 80A C18柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%H3PO4为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长240 nm,对11批不同产地秦艽花药材进行HPLC测定,以龙胆苦苷为参照峰。结果秦艽花药材共有20个共有峰。本实验建立的HPLC指纹图谱和测定方法为有效控制秦艽花的质量提供了依据。
The HPLC fingerprint of Gentiana macrophylla was established. Using a Fusion-RP 80A C18 column (150×4.6mm, 5μm) with a methanol-0.2% H3PO4 mobile phase and a gradient elution with a detection wavelength of 240 nm, HPLC was performed on 11 batches of Radix Asteris medicinal materials from different origins. Pyeloside is the reference peak. Results There were 20 common peaks in the medicinal materials of Gentiana. The HPLC fingerprint and determination method established in this experiment provided the basis for the effective control of the quality of Gentiana.
