目的 分析燃煤型砷中毒患者皮肤增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达。方法 免疫组化 ABC法。结果 A、B及 C3个组的阳性细胞密度分别为 6 2 .83± 16 .5 0、47.48± 2 1.30和 41.97± 13.6 0 ,差异有显著意义 (A与 B:P <0 .0 5 ;A与 C:P <0 .0 1) ;3个组的阳性率分别为 10 0 %、90 .91%和 84.6 2 % ;3个组阳性分级构成差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在燃煤型砷中毒发病过程中 ,细胞增殖起重要作用 ;PCNA可作为该病预后的生物标记物。
Objective To analyze the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in patients with coal-burning arsenism. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The positive cell densities of A, B and C3 groups were respectively 62.38 ± 16.500, 47.48 ± 2.13 and 41.97 ± 13.60, the difference was significant (A and B: P <0.05; A and C: P <0.01). The positive rates of the three groups were 100%, 90.91% and 84.62%, respectively. There was a significant difference in the positive classification of the three groups (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Cell proliferation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coal-borne arsenism. PCNA can be used as a biomarker for the prognosis of the disease.
