本文对151型中速磨煤机辊套的工作条件和失效特点进行了分析,认为是以凿削为主的高应力碾碎磨料磨损。对钨铬合金白口铸铁的铸态组织、机械性能、抗磨性能和铸造性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:抗磨性能高,比原ZG50Mn辊套寿命提高4倍以上;工艺性能好,可在铸态下使用;材料立足国内资源,经济效益显著,耗钢量降低5倍以上。
In this paper, the operating conditions and failure characteristics of the 151 medium-speed pulverizer roller sleeve are analyzed, and it is considered that the high-stress milling abrasive wear mainly by chiseling. The as-cast microstructure, mechanical properties, wear resistance and casting properties of tungsten-chromium alloy white cast iron were studied. The test results show that the wear resistance is higher than that of the original ZG50Mn roller sleeve by more than four times; the process performance is good and can be used in the as-cast state; the material is based on the domestic resources, the economic benefit is remarkable, and the consumption of steel is reduced by more than 5 times.
